A one-year journey into the living experience of karma
What if karma is not something we simply believe in — but something we can learn to recognise, explore and work with in our own lives?
Karma Drama is an experiential course developed by Mike Chase, combining movement, biography, artistic work, meditation, observation and conversation to explore the living realities of karma.
In 2027, Karma Drama is coming to South Africa for a complete one-year course, offered in both Cape Town and Johannesburg.
Three modules. One journey. One year of exploration.
The Course
The Karma Drama course invites participants to explore karma not primarily as a theory, but as something that can be experienced through our biography, relationships, choices and encounters with others.
Over three five-day modules, participants work with a range of experiential practices designed to deepen perception and self-awareness.
The course is suitable for people who are curious about karma and biography and want to explore these questions in a practical, artistic and experiential way.
You do not need to have attended previous Karma Drama courses. The Karma research is based on Rudolf Steiners finding and we expect curiosity in such from partipcants.
Three Modules · One Year
The course unfolds over three modules, allowing time between each gathering for participants to work with what they have discovered and to observe how it lives in their everyday lives.
Participants choose either the Cape Town or Johannesburg group and remain with that group throughout the course.
Johannesburg:
Module 1: 12. - 16. July 2027
Module 2: 18. - 22. September 2027
Module 3: 13. - 17. March 2028
The Johannesburg course takes place at The Collaborative Healing Centre, Kyalami, 1684, 17/210 Cactus Road, GPS -25.96956, 28.04928 (latitude, longitude),15 places.
Cape Town:
Module 1: 5. -9. July 2027
Module 2: 4. - 8. October 2027
Module 3: 20. - 24. March 2028
The Cape Town course takes place in Noordhoek, in the intimate setting of the Quella Studio, 15 places

Course Fee
R30,000 for the complete one-year course. This includes all three five-day modules.
